Imagine, getting up in the morning and having a cup of coffee that provides the richness of the Colombian coffee culture. This variety, has been grown by our farmer Don Gilberto Rojas for over 20 years. He has put his love and passion into growing and providing the very best coffee bean while sharing his product globally. This coffee is roasted in origin by a quality grader expert who knows how to bring the best out of each bean in order to get the most delicious flavors in your cup. After roasting, the beans are then scored by a certified quality grader and categorized in their grades. This coffee bean has reached higher scores allowing it to be classified as specialty coffee.
Cupping notes: Melaza (molasses) and panela (sugar cane), buttery and creamy body, chocolate after taste, with some hints of apples.
